SUGGESTED USE

One teaspoon for each 50lbs. of body weight.  Take twice per day.  In the morning, mix with 4oz. warm water or juice.  In the evening, take undiluted.  For best results, drink 48oz. of pure water a day to assist in elimination of acids and toxins through the kidneys.  Because Liquid Bentonite is a leaching agent, a person shouldn't take more than 50 percent of their body weight at one time.  The suggested amount may be taken for as long as necessary to achieve desired results.
